Since we began selling beef we’ve worked intimately with our farmer’s hand in hand to develop a group of Black Angus steers that produces heavenly and luscious American Wagyu. Our American Wagyu consolidates the incredible hereditary qualities of Japanese Wagyu and top-performing American Black Angus that results in perfectly marbled meat exceeding any other meat that you have had.
